Programs and Courses

What courses does iFundi offer?

Our main programs focus on Information Technology (IT), Management, Finance, and Supply Chain. iFundi’s courses are tailored to prepare students for the future workplace. Visit our Programs page for a full list and descriptions of each course. 

How are the programs structured for both employed and out-of-school students?

Employed students join online evening classes and study independently using our Portal, which includes AI support. This structure helps you balance work and study.  

Out-of-school students begin with an intensive foundation program lasting up to four months, followed by internships for practical experience. Once in the workplace, they continue their studies after hours. 

Can I study at my own pace?

Yes, iFundi’s online platform allows you to study independently. You can access recorded classes, study materials, and our AI Tutor anytime. A course timetable provides structure, helping you stay on track. 

How long does it take to complete a course?

Course durations vary—some programs take about 12 months, while others may require up to two years, depending on the specific course and your pace of study. A degree program typically takes three years.

How does AI enhance my learning experience

Traditional learning often involves passive lectures, note-taking, and memorization, which may not fully prepare you for work. 

 With iFundi, learning is interactive. You participate in small classes and learning teams, building a Portfolio of Evidence through projects demonstrating your competence to employers.  

Our AI tools help you dive deeper into topics or speed up when you’re ready, providing the support of a Tutor who explains concepts simply and helps with test preparation. 

What kind of help can I expect from the AI Mentor?

Our AI Mentor offers guidance on wellness, time management, and study habits, helping you create a balanced routine that includes study time, rest, and exercise for better learning outcomes. 

Career Development and Job Placement

Does iFundi offer job placement support?

Yes, iFundi connects you with our network of over 200 employers for job placements during or after your program. We also provide career coaching and AI-driven tools to help you set and achieve your career goals

How does iFundi help with career planning?

Our AI Career Advisor supports you with career mapping, job search strategies, and interview preparation, guiding you at each stage, whether you’re new to the workforce or advancing in your career. 

What practical experience will I gain during the program?

Through hands-on projects, you will develop practical skills, making it easier to transition directly into your chosen field. For students who have just graduated from school, we arrange internships early in the program to connect class learning with real-world work experience. 

Admission and Enrollment

What are the requirements for admission?

We follow an international qualification framework. If you graduate from high school, you will be on Level 4. Generally, you need a qualification at the level below your desired program. For instance, to study at Level 5, you should have completed Level 4. Visit our Programs page for specific details, or contact our advisors for guidance. 

When are the enrollment dates for the next intake?

How do I apply to iFundi?

Begin by completing an application, which costs $10 or R150. After acceptance, registration costs $100 or R1500. You can pay via bank transfer or credit card, and the process is fully online. If you need help, our support team is ready to assist. 

Fees and Financing

What are the costs of iFundi programs?

Program fees vary based on the duration and content. We offer various payment plans, including annual, biannual, and monthly options, with discounts for early payment. Check our Payment Plans page for details. 

Is financial aid available?

Yes, iFundi partners with Smart Funder and Capitec Bank for student loans. Your bank may also offer student loans. Contact Us for assistance. 

Are fees refundable if I need to cancel?

No, fees are non-refundable once paid. We recommend considering your schedule and commitments before enrolling. 

Learning Experience

What does a typical study schedule look like?

iFundi combines live online classes with self-paced online study. Full-time students attend daily classes during the foundation phase, while part-time students have evening and weekend sessions.

Full-time students attend daily classes from 08:30 to 4:00 during the foundation phase.

Part-time students join classes from 18:00 to 21:00  on two evenings during the week. 

These times are UTC (Greenwich) +2

Will I receive study materials?

Yes, all study materials are available online. You can also purchase printed Learner Guides for R1800 or $130. These guides make it easier to highlight key information.

Certication and Accreditation

What kind of qualification will I receive after completing my course?

Upon completion, you’ll receive a qualification accredited by SAQA and aligned with industry standards, enhancing your job prospects in both local and international markets

Is there a graduation ceremony?

Yes, iFundi holds graduation ceremonies for program completers, offering a formal way to celebrate your achievements with peers and family.

You’ll need a computer and reliable internet access to participate in our online programs. We offer data packages and laptops on request for an additional fee
