Through iFundi’s IT Technical Support learnership, I gained hands-on skills that went beyond textbooks and theory. The programme gave me practical experience in troubleshooting, system maintenance, and real-world IT problem-solving, skills that immediately made me more confident and workplace ready. After completing the learnership, I joined iFundi as a receptionist, which allowed me to understand the organisation from the inside and develop strong professional skills in administration and client interaction.

Today, I’m proud to serve as an IT Coordinator and Project Administrator.
