Many employers – including the public sector, NGOs and small businesses – are hosting SETA-funded, unemployed learners in their organisations, but can’t afford to top up the R1500 monthly stipend provided by the SETAs. With our Sponsor a Learner solution, your company can top up a learner’s monthly allowance from R500 to R3000 per learner per month for the 12 month learnership duration. Your contribution counts as spend on skills development for your company, is hassle-free, tax-deductible and provides much needed support to unemployed learners.
