Module 1: Start and Run a New Venture (263356; 114600; 114596; 114592; 114592; 263534; 263514)

Starting or growing your own business? This module is designed to give you an opportunity to explore essential business subjects in depth, in an efficient timeframe, and walk away with verifiable skills gains. Succeed in a competitive marketplace with a specialised education in financial, operations, project, or business management.

Module 2: Human Resources Management (116394; 13952)

Excellent human resources management skills are essential to ensure you attract the right talent and ensure that employees are strategically aligned toward the organisation’s goals. This module helps you make sure your employees are satisfied and engaged in today’s complex work environment, enabling you to recruit and select the right talent.

Module 3: Manage a New Venture (263434; 263456; 120389; 13948; 115857)

Influencing others to effectively implement your plan, working with different personality types, creating processes that support the achievement of your team’s goals, and changing your own mindset, are just some of the challenges you will face as a manager. This modules is designed to assist you in your role of managing people. By firstly understanding your strengths and blind-spots better, and by further understanding how to adapt your leadership style to individual members of your team, you can set yourself up for a successful career in management.

Module 4: Manage the Finance of a New Venture (114584; 263455; 263474)

In this module, learn to develop financial and managerial skills and meet the demand for specialists and leaders in the financial sector. This module examines financial concepts such as capital, cash budgets, analysis of financial statements, taxation, commercial law and provides a comprehensive overview of financial management. Learners consider and evaluate different factors in making informed decisions for continued financial growth in an organisation while gaining specialised financial skills.
